My Escape

Disclaimer:  There is a hotfixed version with very minor fixes, this was submitted after the jam deadline. The original still works okay, no critical bugs that I am aware of (there are probably alot of critical bugs)... I understand if the original version is what is reviewed for the crabby jam.

Description:

You used to love games. They were once your escape from a cruel reality. But something changed. Now, you fear them.

Not the games themselves, but what they became to you. Wasted time, empty progress, the verbal abuse from other people.

Now, even when you're not playing, the games find you in your sleep. Every night, you're dragged into nightmares, warped echoes of the games you used to love. 

But the only way out is through. You explore these nightmares and learn you can overcome these fears.

This is how you face your ludophobia.

And maybe, when you wake up, you'll be ready to play again.

WASD/Mouse/Space.
ESC to open basic settings.
